Magaly began working with us in client services and reservations in 2010. She put her degrees in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Costa Rica to use working directly with teams to craft their personalized basketball tours.

Magaly now leads our operations team; she oversees all tour logistics, human resource selection and training, and quality control of our local providers. She is the reason that teams feel cared for even in the smallest details from the time that they arrive in Costa Rica until they depart.
